A fairly recent interview with Justin K. Broadrick about Jesu and Godflesh, can be found here. Thanks to Seafrost for the find.

The Avalanche site has been updated (finally) and provides with some interesting details:
Ted Parsons will be drumming only on the first half of the Jesu/Isis european tour and will be replaced by Knut drummer Roderic Mounir for the 2nd half.
Final 3 has been mixed, and should be a double CD, with 120min of music. It should be out on Neurot Recordings sometime this year.
Justin did some remixes for the following bands: Pelican, Knut and Earth.

Finally, here is the listing of all the european dates for the Jesu/Isis tour. A US tour seems to be in the work as well.

To promote the release of the Jesu CD, Hydrahead added a mp3 of "We all faulter" online. Click here to listen to it.

The full length Jesu CD is out, and you can order it right now on the online Hydrahead store for cheap. They also had a pre-order offer for a while, to buy the CD and it came with an exclusive Jesu Tshirt. The Japanese edition (double CD with 2 remixes on the 2nd CD:Friends Are Evil (Highest Throne) + Your Path To Divinity (The Endless Path)) had been available for a few weeks now, and you can order it here or there. A (double) vinyl version should be out in Europe (Belgium) on Conspiracy Records in April.

Jesu is touring with Isis in Europe. Here are some official dates:

April 20th 2005 - Birmingham (Custard Factory)
April 21st 2005 - Leeds (Josephs Well)
April 22nd 2005 - Dublin (Music Centre)
April 23th 2005 - Belfast (The Spring & Airbrake)
April 24th 2005 - Glasgow (Garage G2)
April 25th 2005 - Manchester (Academy 3)
April 27th 2005 - London (Mean Fiddler)
April 28th 2005 - Nottingham (Rock City Disco 2)
April 29th 2005 - Bristol (Fiddlers)
April 30th 2005 - Brighton (Concorde 2)
May 05th 2005 - Nürnberg (K4)

Also, the Gallery page had been updated with some promo and live Jesu pix. Alternative Press featured Jesu in its "100 bands you need to know" list, and a small interview you can find in the Bio section.

The title for the new Jesu CD is "jesu". It's going to be out on Hydrahead in early 2005 (with a tentative date for january 25th). The tracklisting is:
Your Path To Divinity - Friends Are Evil - Tired Of Me - We All Faulter - Walk On Water - Sun Day - Man/Woman - Guardian Angel
The 8 tracks clock a total of 74min. You can already get a preview and listen to "Tired Of Me" here.

Also, a friend of mine in France told me that Jesu is supposed to tour early next year in Europe with Dalek and Isis. It should be an interesting tour in my opinion. Now, just bring the package to the US (or you can even replace Isis with Cult of Luna, i won't complain ;-)

I also got my Jesu tshirt from Hydrahead (with a free sticker :-) and the good surprise (that's just my opinion) is that there is no Hydrahead logo on the sleeve.
As a tribute to John Peel, I left the GF Peel Sessions a little bit longer on the site. People on the mailing list will have to pick what they want next in the download section. Probably over the week end.

Rest In Pease John Peel. You will be missed.
The Godflesh Peel Session are still available here.

For those who are interested, you can pre-order the Jesu "Heart Ache" EP (that will be released on Dry Run Rec on Aug. 30th) on Amazon UK . Just do a search for "jesu heartache".
I just updated the audio page too, and this month, courtesy of Matt Bing, we have a very special treat for you (I know some people were looking for these tracks for a long time). Even tho 2 of them were featured on the "In all languages" compil, I still put the 4 trax online so you can have them with the same quality of sound. Enjoy, and sign the damn guestbook.
For those who are using Soulseek, our friend Gray created an avalanche chat room. More info about that by clicking here.

I just added 2 galleries: some Godflesh related photos, from an article in Kerrang mag (with the singer of Fear Factory too), and some photos from a Jesu gig, sent by Mark (thank you! much appreciated).
Also, for people using Soulseek: they can try to grab a live recording of the Jesu gig in Glasgow. Good luck.

Jesu is currently touring the UK with Pelican. A few people online posted their reviews. Besides some recurrent technical problems, the gigs sound like a blast. Only 2 people on stage (Justin + Dalton) and machines, some films on the 1st date, and a set list made of songs from the upcoming Jesu CD and also Godflesh's Messiah!!! Read the reviews and check some (cellphone!) photos (thanks to Meatflavour) here.

Other random bits of news (thanks to our man Elrrek):
- Jesu will try to tour the UK again later this year, with this time Ted Parsons on drums (apparently, money issues prevented him from being on the current tour). No US or European tours are planned so far.
- JK Broadrick will mostly focus, from now on, on Jesu and Final. Having thousands of projects just isn't working anymore.
- Techno Animal is over, but Sub Species seems to be indefinitly on hold as JK Flesh and Kmart are busy on their own respective projects. They're in good terms tho.
- Final has a track, called "the end has come" on Hydrahead's "2XH VS HHR" compilation.

At last, I updated the Audio section (for all of you, Mp3s'sharks out there). This time, it's 3 tracks from a show from 1996, when Godflesh was touring the US to promote Songs of Love and Hate. Ted, on drums, brings a more groovy/human feel to it (even tho I like the machines better), so it's an interesting change, especially on a track like Mothra. As usual, Justin messes up with the lyrics a little bit.
For the people living in the UK, don't forget Jesu is touring with Pelican in August. See the Avalanche site for more info about it.

More Jesu! Our good friend Scott (aka Deadcase) did some extra work and converted the Jesu Real Audio files from the Avalanche Site into MP3s (so you can download them on your computer, listen to them over and over without wasting Avalanche's bandwidth).
Heart Ache (4.3M) | Ruined (4.4M)

06.30.2004
Shop 'til you drop: both Relapse records and Hydrahead released their own Godflesh tshirts. Both designs feature the face from the Godflesh EP. I am a bit disapointed they didn't really come up with some original designs, but it's better than nothing. Relapse Tshirt | Hydrahead Tshirt.
I hope Hydrahead will come up with some Jesu tshirt too...

06.28.2004
jesuJESU! The Avalanche site is now updated, with a micro site for Jesu, featuring some Real Audio samples of the 2 tracks that will appear on the forthcoming Heartache EP. To go to this page, click here.

05.18.2004
Small update: new Jesu pic in the galleries, and some more info in the Jesu biography.

03.25.2004
The Audio section is updated, a bit late but... Back to Godflesh stuff, with some audio from a video from 1990 live in Paris (Courtesy of Muzzbait). I did my best to enhance the sound a bit. It still sounds pretty rough. I also modified the Credits page and put some names there...

02.05.2004
I finally updated the Audio section. After 2 rounds dedicated to Godflesh live, this month is definitly Techno Animal oriented, with 1 rare track and 2 remixes (courtesy of Gray).

01.28.2004
The guestbook is finally online, so don't hesitate to leave your mark there. I also added a mini series of 4pix of Godflesh, Hymns Tour era.

01.19.2004
Added some pictures of The Bug/Sound Murderer from the Peel Session on Radio One.

01.13.2004
Complete redesign of this site. A bit of restructuration too, so the site is not focused on Godflesh anymore, but more on the Avalanche related projects (JK Flesh + KMart).

11.14.2003
New section: 'downloads' replaces 'wallpapers' and will contain more niceties including some sounds.

05.01.2003
Finally a big update for this site (almost all the pages). The Gallery section being reformated and divided in several parts. Still waiting for Jesu.

05.14.2002
JK Flesh puts an official statement on Avalanche and announces "Jesu" his new 'rock' project

04.28.2002
Justin Broadrick disbands Godflesh after his nervous breakdown and the US tour's cancellation.
